We have just ordered a new outback swan. We are getting a kitchen awning, we have been told you can get these in plain white or with the coloured strips u have on ur annexe walls. Can anyone tell me if we got the coloured awning does this block the sunlight more and also can u see the lines through the awning.

Sorry I dont have the kitchen awning on my swan but...
I would just think of the awning as another annexe roof but on the other side. So I would want to have matching colours and styles on each side. I have only seen the kitchen awnings in white.
I would get one to match my annexe roof. If yours is white, I would think great as it would reflect heat. IMO I also think it would tend to be 'more' waterproof than the wall materials generally are.
If you get the coloured stripes I think you could possibly see the lines outlining the colours and also the colours in certain situations judging by what I have seen with my annexe walls with
bright sunlight behind it. Cheers....

I have an Eagle with a Fiamma fitted both sides, not sure about what you mean by a Kitchen awning, but believe it should look similar to you're main awning or it would look like a Pimple on an Elephants, ummm you get my drift.
