SWMBO wants chandeliers in the camper trailer,,,, well some lighting at least.

I have room in a jerrycan holder for the battery and presume I need to run an anderson plug back to the existing anderson plug at the back of troopy.

Then I'm not sure how to hook up the rest of it. For example if I want three plugs coming of the battery do I need three lots of wiring or is there another way of doing it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Boo,
you say: "I have room in a jerrycan holder for the battery and presume I need to run an anderson plug back to the existing anderson plug at the back of troopy"

Yes, from what I understand of the post so far.

Just add a simple fuse or distribution box

Mainey

Thanks for the reply.

Are you saying that I run a wire from the neg and pos of the battery to the right place on the fuse box then run my wiring from the fuse box to the inside of the trailer or where ever?

For example there appears to be to be enough room on the above box to run 3 plugs.

And I am correct that I need to run an anderson plug from the battery back to the plug on the car.

Please give me a mark out of ten to let me know if I am now on the right track.

Boo,

yes
as others have said - you need help
a local sparky is by far your best bet

However, if you email me, if I can get some clear pictures of the trailer situation,
I will then get some clearer information to you, and follow up via phone call to assertain your chance of understanding what you have to do.

Boo not meaning to be rude but its pretty obvious you have no idea so my advise is to take it to the experts spend a couple of hundred dollars and get it done properly. a shorted unfused wire would be red hot in seconds and your camper could go up in smoke.

Thanks for the replys gentlemen

Ya saw through my shallow knowledge hey! LOL

I actually drove into Rocky this morning to get a job done on the troopy and had a chat with the auto electrician and he set up all the wiring and told me what to do.

However, I intend to be very careful and check and recheck. If I'm still not sure I'll definitely give you a call Mainey.

Paul

It appears to run very good.

We are going to Clermont tomorrow at about 7.30 am and I do not expect any problems.

Unless you include the fuel pump which has started leaking this afternoon.

A bloke in Emerald is having a look at it tomorrow morning to see if it is just the top seal or big trouble.

Paul, thanks for your help it was really apppreciated. If I can help you in any way please give me a yell.
