morning all it may sound silly but
want to move my Engel external thermometer and wondered to lengthen the cable...now being a thermo .do i need a certain wire or just make to length as normal

i have the same one and all they have used is a fine 2 core solid bell type wire-quite crappy if you ask me.

Do we have pictures and information on extending the thermometer cable ??
(1) Did it happen ?
(2) Does it still work *accurately* ?
(3) Was the cable diameter increased ?
