Hi,
Is anybody running 285/75X16 tyres on they're 105 cruiser standard wagon? Any issues with tyres scraping on the guards or sitting outside the body of the vehicle? I have a 3" lift so don't think height will be a problem, was hoping they don't stick out the sides. Looking to fit some but haven't seen one around to have a look.
Regards
Krakka

I an currently running 285's on Darkie.
At full articulation I get a slight touch on the inner rear wheel arch.
I am about to ditch the 285's and go back to 265 x 75 R16's as the 285s are not really needed for where I intend to travel.
Cheers Kev

I usually run 285's on the 105 and don't have any scraping issues with a 3" lift but I have the swaybars still connected.Image Could Not Be Found They don't stick out any further than the 265's and still inside the body.
Cheers

They fit nicely inside the gaurds & my MTR's don't touch anywhere. Snow chains even clear except on full travel.

I had them on my 80 series standard diesel for one day and then changed them back to 265 75 16's as the amount of power they took from the engine was terrible (the car could barely accelerate from 110km/hr - using a GPS)....

That's true. I noticed a big difference even with a 1HD-FTE. They also added almost 2ltrs/100km to my fuel.
