Hi all,
I am currently sitting in
Emerald in Queensland on my way to athree month trip, part of which involves driving the
Gunbarrel Highway. In Len's book "Too Long in the Bush" there is a B/W photo of Len standing on the road looking up at
Mount Beadell. We want to re-create the photo, even down to wearing our boots without socks.
One problem. Guess which Galah left home without the book??? Can anyone out there with a copy of the book scan the photo and email to to me? My email is murray.morris@twocruisers.com
Thanks to all who respond.

Thanks to all who replied. I've got it now.
I am sitting in Alice at the moment and spoke to someone who just did it. 120 km in eight solid hours of driving.
Gunbarrel Highway......bring it on!
