Hi guys, going down to
Esperance with the family in September/Oct. I notice there are several caravan parks to choose from - can anyone give me the heads up on which ones are better than others? We are looking for one with
good camp kitchen facilities, and possibly a pool. Cheers, doc.

Hi Doc
Check out what everyone says on
http://caravanersforum.com/badger.php
The best spots are the beaches to the east of
Esperance - lovely national
park camping sites (not cheap though, as you need
park entrance plus
camping fee).
Lucky Bay is just gorgeous. Can get a holiday all parks pass which lasts 4 weeks, or a pass for just for one specific
park.

G'day oz doc,
The Seafront CP is the best in town. Fairly central and a couple of good campers kitchens, BBQs etc. though no pool. Who needs a pool when you can walk across the road and swim in beautiful
Esperance bay?
Crokers CP is also quite good but on the edge of town. It is more of a bush
park and not sure if it has a pool.
Like everyone else has said, there are beautiful spots all around to the east but also to the west where not as many people go.
The weather will be pretty good that time of the year. Warm enough and not too windy.
Enjoy.
Sculls.
