Just wondering if any of you have any feedback for the following:
Nardoo Station
Kilcowera Station

We have stayed at both stations.
We had a great time at Kilcowera because the owners where so friendly and could not do enough for us including taking us.
The owners at Nardoo where not as freindly only interested in taking our money for stay but the facilities where nice.

Is there a listing of these station stays anywhere? (yes, I have tried searching)
National list?
SA list?
They seem highly favourable compared to commercial
camping grounds / caravan parks.

I was thinking more of properties that allow
camping or maybe have basic facilities. Some of the SA ones found using the suggested search have "packages"starting at $1390.00.This wasn't exactly what I had in mind.
An exmaple of one I know of in SA is
Mt Ive Station.
I was hoping property owners with a bit of diversification interest who have a pleasant bit of
geography they are prepared to share with people who might also appreciate it (& respect it).......or am I dreaming and these are closely guarded secrets?

not to sure about SA mate but this link above is for a property we are going to visit in QLD. They offer accomodation or u can
camp in your own van/camper. They offer guided tours or u can self drive yourself. They are out there it's just a matter of trying to track them down.

try the link above, it lissts a few in SA, not sure what they offer but is somewhere for u to start.
