Those numbers are identical to those in the rego papers for
mine too, although I have added an extra 9kg gas bottle onto the drawbar since rego.
Mine is an 82 Grand Tourer 16ft poptop, across front meals space (converts to friendly double if needed), RHS_ Frdge, sink, stove (4 burner and small oven below), single bed. LHS_ Meal space, door, narrow pantry cupboard, wardrobe, single bed. These is a small cupboard between the beds at the rear.
It is currently on 195x14 LT tyres run at 40psi on tar, down to 30on dirt.
I tow it with a Discovery TD5 with a 2 bar WDH, no problems, the van follows the Disco, doesn't bounce or sway at speeds up to 100kph (when passing).
