I am trying to locate the window manufacturer that makes those fold open style of windows seen on vehicle canopies such as ARB or Flexiglass. Mine is a ARB on a 2002 Rodeo so it could also be a 2002 canopy. The windows and locks are the same on mine and the current flexiglass canopy but the current ARB ones are different. Canopy manufacturers dont actually have parts service. If the current model canopy has parts that suit you are in luck otherwise unlucky.
I am trying to get some replacement locking tabs that stop the side window locks from spinning on their axis. While the current flexiglass locks are the same the tabs are different. The windows have not been sealing properly and moisture has entered the window frame slits that locate these tabs and rust has all but consumed them. These canopy people buy the windows by the crate load but I am unable to find the source.
THese side windows have stubby T handle locks and seem to have been around for years. Canopy window or lock suppliers, any ideas ?.....thanks Peter

Provided the parts you require are the same as the parts used on their current crop of canopies no worries, parts from a superseded model, less pleasing. I was told the new type locks would fit with the supplied adapters but when I went to fit them I found that was not the case.

I actually went to ARB in Hendra, Brisbane for the parts I needed, handles and locks. They fitted them for me and didn't charge for either parts or fitting. I think this particular ARB is where they make and assemble the canopies, may be worth a phone call to them.

My canopy is of the older style

Cheers again
Dave

You can contact ARB through their web site

ARB Contact

I did this for my canopy, and got a phone call to confirm exact parts I needed.
They checked stock and gave me the part numbers so I could order from the local distributor. Picked them up a few days later.

I rang that number under ARB contact this morning. They say the locks are american made by a company called creations which are no longer in business. They were aware the tabs rust and suggested to me that other customers had been able to fabricate replacements for them from sheet metal.
