I assume we are talking early subies - I do not believe so.
If they did exist they would be best put on the rear
wheels where movement in the rear diff and tail shaft would be stoopped (similar to a normal 4wd on the front hubs).
On a subie there would be little point putting them off the front as the front diff would still turn as it is always driven by the gearbox and in turn it is the front diff that provides drive to the rear so it is needed. If fwh are put on the front the front drive shafts would still be turning via the front diff but no drive to the dront
wheels - resulting in no wear or fuel savings at all.
Later AWD subarus require all
wheels to be driven via a viscous coupling and other systems. Not really practical to make these 2wd.

Depends on the model, our Subaru has 55% to the rear and 45% to the front.

Having owned a few Subarus, why would you even consider such a move???
What do you hope to gain???
They are a supremely capable vehicle in standard trim, and are designed to be an all wheel drive, that's what makes them one of the most stable vehicles on ANY road, black top or dirt.
And even if you could do it, you would turn it from a dream to drive to a dog of a car, I cannot understand why you would want to do that even if you could.

Not easily possible - CV joints on all 4 corners and axles are not fully floating.
