A monster estuary cod, the species that is believed to be behind the lake Alexander attack
Pfft!
To paraphrase Paul Hogan
"That's not a monster cod, now THIS is a monster cod".

Maaaaaaate, we're all familiar with fishermen's trick photography LOL
In the words of the late and great Slim Dusty.....
The only time a fisherman tells the truth is when he calls another a liar. LOL

Foot fetich.....weird but not illegal.....hehehe.
Cant understand all the over-reaction.
Nature is full of habitats that humans were never designed to be part of, yet we poke around them then complain when we get bitten, poisoned, eaten or in anyway attacked.
Whats worse is the reaction of the Council in question. Sent blokes out to catch the guilty cod.
Monty Python could'nt write a better script.....lol.
What next......THE CASE OF THE KILLER HERRING.
cheers.....Lionel.

Sorry Lionel,
Lake Alexander is a man (council) made lake for recreational swimming because the sea is full of crocs and stingers. It is filled/flushed by seawater. Therefore should be as safe as a swimming pool.
Mike.

Geez Fellas down here on the
Gold Coast we would use that for Berley, you use little fish like that to catch bigger fish and then bigger fish ect ect, the only trouble is I don't seem to take the camera when I go fishing, no time for taking photos, to busy catching fish.
Cheers
