Great central road- Perth To Yaluna

Can anyone tell me what the great central road is like??? From Laverton to Yaluna? How long does it take??? Road conditions??? Thanks...

If you do a forum search, you should find plenty of recent entries relating to the Great Central Road. There is a leg of it in my recent track report. Always poor and corrugated on the 200 km from Yulara to the Nt/WA border

It is, one of the nice safe outback drives you can have, just try not to travel when it's too hot. it's still a long way from nowhere..
