Harry
Looking at trek notes for Goog's, can anyone tell about the side trip via Newyear
hill and
Yerda station and onto
Kingoonya ?
Is
Yerda a working station still and do you need to call in to let them know what your doing ?

Hi Harry
We went that way to log a Degree Confluence.
Yerda Station is an outstation of North
Well and I contacted the Manager to travel this track. It is an out of the way track, but
well worth the drive, with changing scenery.
Cheers
Stephen

Thanks Stephen,
Just the right info I was looking for.
Is that hut
Yerda or somewhere else ?
What was the managers attitude like regarding travellers using the track ?
Save me chasing it up, can you give me the number and his first name ?
Did you find the stream ?
