Resetting the data base on a Garmin 320

I have corrupted the data base on my Garmin StreetPilot c320.
Actions done so far with no result.
Pressed the reset button.
Re-installed the firmware.
Re-installed the Maps.
Used a different SD card.
The unit works and will navigated via Nroute, but won't navigate on its own, I get a message "Route way point memory full"

Hi Arthur,

My only suggestion is to join the GPS Australia Forum and ask there. See below:

I have reset my garmin C320 with the help of Garmin.
This is how:
C320 Master reset:

A.) With the unit off press and hold your finger on the bottom right hand corner of the touchscreen.

B.) While pressing on the screen press and hold the power button to turn the unit on. When the unit powers on keep pressing on the screen but let go of the power button.

C.) When you get the message "Are you sure you want to erase all user data?" on the screen let go and press yes.

D.) Once you have reset the locale and all the basic information take the unit outside and allow it to sit stationary to acquire the satellite signal. Note: this may take 15-30 minutes when the reset is done.
