as far as quality goes..I think it's personal thing..Al looked into different spotties and these were the ones he wanted...i can tell you we tested them last night FANTASTIC...our sight is at least doubled with them - it's probably more than that...given that the light is also spread width ways...

I don't know how they compare to hella rallye 4000's.

I have the rally 4000 on my 80 series at the moment , I am very happy with them. The metal construction is a 1 and the adjustments are awsome . I have a set of lightforce here to try on my vehicle , this is what I have noticed so far .

slightly larger in size
Zenon globe ,I did notice that the globe sits sideway and not up and down like the rally . ( easier to blow globe over bumps )
I like that the lightforce 240 blitz can be srewed in and out to make them go from spred to pencil beam , unlike the rally 4000 , you either purchase spread or pencil .

The big test will be next week , when I fit one on the cruiser and test them in the dark . I will leave one rally 4000 and one lightforce blitz 240
