As we have just bought a new van we were also looking at an autotune to go on the roof but decided against it.
Reason being if you get stuck on a site with lots of trees you may not get reception.
Decide to stick with our $500 on the ground version.
Clasisic example was 3 days ago van parked beside us and proceeded to set up dish.
An hour later still no go.
The only place he could get it was where I had
mine on the far side of my site from him.
That made up our minds for us.
