thanks

G'Day Mate, small independantly owned and run by the owner, very friendly and go out of their way to be of assistance.

Left the McDonnell
Range Caravan Park (Big 4), last Wednesday, after 6 days it was very clean and tidy. A lovely aquatic area and big covered area and lots for kids to do.

Second MacRange especially for kids of any age.
Can't dispute that some other parks may be cheaper and offer as good facilities if you don't need to cater for kids though.

Giday Mate & MacDonnell Range are both excelent.
If you need to do your own oil change MacDonnell Range has a special area with drums for waste oil etc.

Gday ,
I live here so I dont stay in them, but I think you will find the McDonnell
Range Caravan Park will be most peoples choice. It has a very good reputation.
Cheers

Certainly worked
well for us.
The problem for most tourists is that we only ever stay in one
park in any particular area. I thought Mac Ranges was great but there could be better in town.

We live out of town but use MacDonnell Range with our camper when ever we go to town, which is quite regularly with no complaints. Have tried the others and still put Mac Range so far in front of the rest. Great
park, great facilities and great staff. Great kids
park too.
Cheers

MacRanges is probably our favourite
park. not only the facilities, but something on nearly every night.

The Heavitree Gap caravan
park at the Heavitree Gap resort is a great low cost option. It has a pool, a kids playground and resident rock wallabies. And clean amenities.
We found it great value for money at only $32 a night for a family of four

I have used MacDonnell Ranges 3 times, twice just swagging it and last time in a cabin.
I also used their facility to do an oil change and oil and fuel filter change myself, a great place for the traveller.
