G'day All, I've tried searching the
forum for an answer to this question, but no luck.
Does anybody know if there are any regulations preventing me putting 10% VLT window tint on my caravan windows? I want to put it on the sides and rear, but leave the front clear. I'm in NSW, so would firstly like to know if there's any issues in that State, plus whether I'd be setting myself up for trouble in other States.
Thanks for any help.
cheers,
Al.

Hi Al,
I would seriously doubt that there would be anything to prevent you tinting the windows of your van. There is no need to be able to see out while parked and would be no different to closing curtains.
Just bought a new van myself and every window is tinted from the factory.
Just do it mate.
Cheers
Gerry

Mine are like mirrors, I just cover the rear one when I tow it, In the day people can't see in, but remember at night people can ,
