Big chilli fridge!! Not So Chilli???

Just wondering if any has or know any thing about the big chilli 12/24 volt fridges?? My oldies bought one about 16 mnths ago,Always lasts the 12 Mnths!!!Its died on them there on the road in nth Qld as
well,What are they like to deal with?? any feedback would be great before i contact them tommorow!! Cheers, Shakey!!

I have had my Big Chilli fridge for 2 years and have not have one moment of trouble. It has been in the Kimberleys last year in high 30 degrees for weeks and recently in the heat in western Queensland. It has been running for more than 12 months in that time. There are no complaints from me.
When I bought it, I thought to myself that it was so much cheaper than the big names that I could buy 3 and still be in front.
