Good Morning, Doug
I didn't see the Sun Rise this morning, it's a bit cloudy / overcast here on the
Gold Coast, and yes the
Forum is a bit quite, maybe some people had a hectic weekend, all worn out from 4b4ing and other outdoor pursuits.
Cheers

Jeff
Please forgive me if I'm wrong, but is that the original photo as it was when it came from the camera, like un-enhanced ,
Like most Sunset photo's you see in magazines they have been darkened or lightened to make it look better, I seen a postcard at
Birdsville a couple years back of Big Red, the sand color was to red , I like a natural photo, untouched , and that's how my sunrise photo came from the camera, the only thing I did do to it was to cut a lot of background from it and reduce the size .

Yep all natural Doug.
Derby has the greatest sunsets in the world in my opinion, but I am biased as I used to live there. I have lots more but this was the pick of the bunch and yes there was a controlled burn on at the time which had got out of hand so plenty of cloud cover to help me as an amateur (very) photographer.

That sun looks so big! Were they having a controlled burn?
Oh I am so envious - would love to be back in the Territory. Next year.....

Yeah all natural, i dont have any photoshopping software. Im useless with a camera though, think i might need some. I leave camera on Auto and let it do the rest itself, suprise myself with good photos every now and then too.
