Just a note to sincerely thank Derek at ABR Sidewinder. Bought from him an 80W solar panel, had difficulties on initial use at home (brought on by user error me thinks!) Called him this morning, said I was coming back to his
shop, arrived an hour later to receive another brand new panel, no questions asked. Whether it be my error or the panel's, after sales service such as this is very hard to find these days. My ABR Sidewinder panel was excellently priced to start with, but couple the price with support such as I experienced today and you can't go wrong! Anyone looking for anything 12V will do
well to give Derek a go if my experience is a guide. Again, many thanks Derek.

I bought a voltmeter off Derek (a few years back i think it was) and had some issues with it that i put up with. when it died i emailed Derek just asking for his opinion on whether it should have been at end of its life by then or maybe due to earlier problems i had. he asked me to send it back and within 2 days he replaced it. cant ask better service than that, so i will definatley trust his opinion when he gives it and buy again from him when the need next arises.

Have to agree, bought a few things from Derek now, starting with his old Waeco fridge, and he has been very helpful with a lot of non related questions I had. Even threw in a couple of free anderson plugs with my last purchase.
With service like that, he is sure to generate repeat business.
