After countless dusty trips I decided to clean the roller bearings on my fridge slide, as they were full of gritty grease. Any tips on which grease to use to re lube these roller bearings?

Silicone spray it won't attract the dust.

If they are sealed roller bearings, pick the metal or rubber seal out using a sowing pin (or seal pick) they not to damage the seal.
Clean bearing with thinners or a like, press some grease into the bearing rollers and cage, not to much you must leave an air gap.
Then re fit the seal ring, test by tying to spin the bearing, it should be firm, not tight and not loose.
Then refit it and all should be OK.

Richard

Thanks, will try the spray.
And no, these aren't sealed bearings. And on a grander scale, we own a Patrol, so we figure we're doing a community service by sucking the dust into the back our our fourby to reduce the dust for the next poor devil :)
Richard, I do like the

For a dry lube (which won't attract & hold dust), I like >>
Molybond 122L
