Hi everyone,
Great site - just found it.
Can anyone please direct me to any info about prices of used camper trailers?
A friend of my husbands is selling a 1989 model Jayco Sawn for $11000. He admits it sounds a bit steep - but said he's done so much work to it on everything that there shouldnt be any hidden repair costs etc.
Ive found them for bwn $8K - $12K on ebay and trading post etc.
any advice / links would be so much appreciated.
thks so much.

Sometimes a realy good bargain comes along. It may seem too expensive HOWEVER if you think it suits your requirements go for it.

I sold my 1999 Swan a few weeks ago for $15,500. Was unmarked - had never used the stove or sink [always cooked outside].
Hope this helps.

thankyou SO much everyone for all these replies.
Yes - the main thing Ive been thinking is 'how much would we get for it if we sold it in a year or 2?'
Thks again - it's alot of money so I will make sure I do more homework. we'd have to take out a loan / add to our mortgage to buy this one and I'd rather not rush into it. especially given our history with cars! :)
