Hi Meggsy. Had the same trouble with my 2001 Pathy and put polly airbages on and fixed up the sag no problem.

Polyairs AND a WDH as the polyairs lift the back but dont restore weight

removed from the front wheels when you hook up the camper

I put progressive springs and polyairs and use a heavy duty WDH with my full van.

Also check the distribution of weight in the camper You may have too much on the towball.

Next post will say you dont need a WDH but they make things easier when towing.

Perhaps a check of towball weight first before you spend any money.

Cheers

WDH would probly not suit a off road coupling very well only a ball type

I hear what you say but have seen a few off road vans with treg hitchs and a

WDH fitted and they reckon that they are OK

Of course are higher off the ground than a trailer.

A correctly loaded or creatively loaded trailer really shouldnt need one any way.

Cheers
