Yeh, me too.
Been having trouble since Tuesday. Won't work on IE, Firefox or Chrome. I'm in WA, and can only get ExplorOz via a proxy server.
Amnet in WA (my ISP) reckon they're having trouble with Webcentral, ExplorOz's server. Damien is investigating.

Hi all,
Yes cheers Gerry. I am waiting for Amnet to call me back - for some reason they are having problems connecting to WebCentral - so may provide a few clues. Also, the DBA team leader at WebCentral is also working closely with us. We need to log the date and times of pauses and how long it paused for, as they are currently running capture software. If you can assist - please provide these stats.
In regard to logging in, you can always try using the old login system, which is here:
http://www.exploroz.com/users/exploroz_logon.aspx
or as a link here:

Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your understanding.
Damian

Hi Gerry,
I got the phone call from Amnet and they basically told me that it seems like they (or WebCentral) are experiencing a routing problem and not a blocked IP range problem. Apparently they (and yourself) cannot connect to sites on WebCentral and have received a few complaints regarding this already. I have forwarded this message on to WebCentral to maybe fast track it a bit but it really lies with your ISP – so you may want to contact them regarding the status from time to time.
Cheers

Hi Damian,
Logging in very
well this morning from WA without a proxy server, and the response time to access a post and do a reply page is also good. Currently running the page on Chrome.
Perhaps WebCentral/Amnet have sorted something out.
cheers
Gerry

Spoke too soon. That last reply took more than a minute to update.
But at least I can access your site now!

First time in about 5 days I could actually get EO to load. Still very slow now.
Oh bugger - just thought about all the pages of reading here on Eo ahead of me to catch up on whats been happening in the real world.
All other sites I visit are working normally with no limitations so guess there are some issues at EO 'head office' that they would be working on.
Just as a thought, maybe the site is missing Sir Kev and co and gone out on a go slow in protest ;)
