Has anyone put Philips X Treme Power + 80% HB3 and HB4 Globes in a Landcruiser 100 series and if so how good are they and do you have to upgrade any wireing?

as long as the glodes are uv stabilised there should not be a problem . the globes are still 55 or 65 watts. the only thing to have changed is the gas in the globe and the make up of the filament

Yep i have fitted them and no wiring upgrades are required as they are only standard wattage. yes of course you can do a wiring upgrade but i see it as a waste of money. when the car is a lot older and the electrics start to sour i might do it then.

I have put them in my Bravo and they are a excellent upgrade, As autosparky has said they are 55/60 watt and don't need wiring upgrade.

I have the H4s in a 2003 Hilux & they work
well. IMHO my loom upgrade was as significant an improvement as the globe change. They are homemade but [Sidewinder] has ready-mades if you are not inclined to fiddle.
