Beegee, what are you looking for, new core or new cooler complete? I have mate that does excellent work. He is in Vic. Have a look at the attached pic, if you like what you see, let me know and I will give him a bell. JohnImage Could Not Be Found

Yeah looks like what I'm after but for a 3.0 zd30. I need to replace complete cooler as old one has tiny leaks around tanks. the best I could do in s.a. for a fully welded after market is $1100.00 change over. genuine is over $1600.00.lot of money for what is basically a little radiator.

As John says, Andrew has a stock of dead grenade coolers.
there are several options too, but andrews work is very hard to pass up..
More options here too

Beegee
The Nissan end tanks are "crimped" to the core. On
mine, when it started leaking, I used a punch and a hammer to carefully tap each finger.
Not sure if it helped. Still leaks, but not as bad.

Hi
Malcolm If intercooler is constructed like aluminium radiators there is an O ring seal betwean
tank & core. Should be replaceable if you can get the O ring. A word of caution dont over squash the crimp tabs, it will crush the O ring & leak. Hope this helps. If tanks are plastic when removed put a piece of timber in open side of
tank while removed untill ready to re fit, otherwise
tank will distort & cant be re fitted.
