Good service

I just want to give a plug to derek at ABR, ordered something of him and said I wouldn't be home until today, so there was no hurry in sending the item.

Well, this afternoon said item turns up.

Ya can't get better than that.

I had an experience with a major 4wd supplier a couple of years ago when I was buying a rear Kaymar bar. They stuffed me round big time and I had to ring the Qld manager to get everything in order, he was great! but the damage was done.

I have never dealt with them again.

Many times I have seen Derek post a reply and sort out someone's problem, even when he probably knows they will buy from someone else.

Yes! I could have bought cheaper, but no, I couldn't have got exactly what I wanted and still have someone to honour the warranty or give me advice.

Have to Ager with you on that, Rockape.

I've got a couple of thing off him (or he's store) and have never had any problems , except one (me) but had no problems e-mailing him for assistance and got it working.

There was some people that always seemed to give Derek a hard time when he posted but they are ever quite or moved on.

I like the internet for buying things. I always seem to buy the things I would have never brought by going shopping.. LOL
