Has anyone travelled from Kerry up the Duck Creek Road to Lamington National Park Road to O'Reillys recently?

Am interested in using this road if it is open.

If if has gates controlloing the access, who manages the gates?

Thanks in advance.

Cheers

There are gates but it's only an honour system. They ask for a gold coin donation which goes towards maintenance. Good drive, pretty steep at the western end.

Been a while since I was on it but when I was there the Kerry Rd end did have a gate and a donation box. But there was for sale signs on the property. O'Reillys end there is no gate.
