This morning the site seems to be lightning fast. David must have been working overtime. We are running Firefox and have just upgraded flash player. I have spent some time surfing around the site and all sections, including replies to the forum seem to load quickly which is a vast improvement. Thanks David for whatever it is that you have done. May it continue!

Cheers

Val.

But having written the above, when I hit the submit button it took a while to load. Maybe all is not quite perfect yet?

Hi John
All I can say is half your luck. Still as slow as here.

Cheers

Thanks Val,
I installed a load of DB Index updates last night - I have a few more to go to hopefully get the on going performance sorted - I still suspect there are a few issues but for the most part we should be away at full speed.
I will be installing more updates today so bear with us if you experience an issue it will most likely be caused by me.

Still slow up here on the Gold Coast, I tried the lap top in my work vehicle, drank a cup of tea waiting, then I tried on the office puter, and still the same, we are using Firefox, seems like we are not missing much anyway.

Cheers

is soo slo......

made a coffee while it loaded here in South West WA @ 8.35Am today
was loading 'ok' yesterday

Running IE7 is that a problem, have been urged by MrSosft to download IE8
Is 8 a better platform, or do I go back to Firefox, maybe consider 'Chrome'

Copied from above and thread to be locked - please let me get it sorted without have to spend time dealing with posts in the forum about the site. If you have something to contribute please email me directly - I do not have time to check the forum posts at the moment!
