It appears that we have solved the server performance issue. I was making changes and the ISP was making changes and it started running very
well at one point. We have not seen a single issue in the past 3 hours and have been sending the newsletter at the same time. This level of load we have not been able to apply to the machine for several weeks.
I am waiting on a report from the ISP however I am feeling very confident in the how the system is performing at this stage. Sorry for the pain we have suffered recently and hopefully we have seen the last of this.
