Hey Graham,
Nice one for reminding everyone. Many operators deliberately (and I know having been involved on the periphery) reduce the divert time so they gain from voicemail revenue.
This is a GSM standard code so should work on all GSM, 3G and Iridium phones.

Though be aware, you can knacker your settings up quite quickly if you don't know what you're doing.
