97 nissan navara gearbox

Hi just wondering if anybody out there has had any similar problems with a 1997nissan navara 3.2 diesel 5 sp gbox , it seems to want to jump out of 3rd gear under engine braking only , could it be as simple as a worn bearing ? is there an aftermarket workshop manual that would be suitable to use as a overhaul ref available , any help greatly appreciated

how many k"s has it done navara's did have quiet a few gearbox problems in that time zone and wasn't uncommon to have a rebuild 50th km onwards
