I've been thinking about one for washing down a kayak before putting it on the roof. KMart had them on clearance a while back for less than $50. The alternative I have in mind is a gardening pressure sprayer - no wires and can use it as a
camp shower, fire extinguisher for grass that's caught under the exhaust etc. The pressure may, however, be less so takes longer to properly wash.

Parents have had one for a year or 2. Very happy with it. Still going
well. Certainly less pressure than a Karcher or commercial car wash.
Cheers

I got one for the Yak as
well same reason.
There not that powerfull it certainly will not do more than slightly sting your hand at point blank range.
Only designed for rinsing of your stuff its not a power washer that's for sure.
But good for getting sand of the kids feet before back in the car and all that kinda stuff.
