Hi to those that responded to my enquiry. Firstly I must apologise if I have upset a few members that responded and thank those members that have put me on the right track, Thanx.
I will humbly crawl back up into the hole and through out a few enquiries through the WEB. First stop will be ABR Sidewinder. I looked up Davies Craig and there site said NO STOCK.
Thanks for the help given and I stand repremanded. Steve. B...

Hi. I don't think you said anything offensive to anyone, Steve. I grappled witht ehdecision, and chose Tyredog, an then had a problem. But, thankfully, they replaced the whole rig no questions even though only one wheel sender had failed. Since then , 100% OK so I'm happy (and the Tyredog saved me a tyre on the first major trip as
well!).
As usual there are no right answers, and, heh, you gotta ask!

I have Tyre Dogs. Never again. I am looking for something to replace them with. COncept excellent. Manufacture and application very poor, it became another chore, instead of an aid. WD

Be careful, none of the screw on cap style meet safety standards.

hi graham,
when you screw the cap on, it holds the shrader valve open to monitor pressure, so the only thing holding the pressure in, is the cap, a big no no.

True but if they come loose or fly off the valve will close so dont see the problem.
Mine have not lost pressure ever due to this reason.

you are relying on the pressure membrane to hold the air in, if it fails your tyre go's flat without warning, as the sensor no longer functions.

Well done 28,000 so maybe they due to go.
One has died due to vibration but hasnt dropped pressure.
Will keep an eye on them.
Thanks
