My daughter is a Triage nurse in the casualty department of a large hospital. Apart from the victims of the dreaded "Victa Toe" (mowing the lawn in thongs and taking off yer big toe) she says another common weekend occurence is the "LPG Hotfoot". This happens when the master of the BBQ, with several stubbies in him and not thinking, turns the barby gas on, flicks the Piezo several times without success, has a look or gets a match, flicks the Piezo again. In the meantime the LPG being heavier than air has settled around his unprotected feet and whoooof......
Evidently quite common, very painful and often needing plastic surgery so don't become a victim..

Ha ha..I did a Dangerous Substances Training course yesterday and this scenario actually got a mention. Must be more common than we think....not the sort of thing to go bragging to your mates about though.
How about the "Ryobi whip lash"? When the whipper snipper line breaks on you while wearing shorts. Now that hurts..!!!!!!!
