Rules for sticker across top of windscreen

Hi Guys. What are the rules (particularly in NSW) governing the size of sticker/decal across the top of the windscreen? Thanks.

"A tinted or opaque band is permitted across the top of the windscreen provided it is not more than 10%..........etc.

Sorry, just in case you don't read the full document, it also states that it must be above the area swept by the wiper blades.

The 10% applies to area not degree of tint.

I am still deciding if I should put the big E/O sticker there or get another one and put it on the bottom half of the 4Bs doors ??
I think this site deserves the advertising as it would have to be THE most friendly and helpful site around .

I've got the EOZ sticker on top of wind screen and mate who is a cop said it's ok, as has been said above.
Why not put it there as you see all these race stickers on all the jap so called race cars
