I would appreciate some advice regarding
breakdown insurance. I presently have RACV Total Care but the RACV tell me that they will assist me on
breakdown only if I am accessible by a 2WD. As I am planning a trip which will include the Simpson, this is a problem. Should I take out 4x4 Rescue cover with Worldcare Assist? Standard or Premium?

Keith, read the fine print with World Care Assist. There are age limits etc for your vehicle. I have a 1984 HJ60 Landcruiser, perhaps one of the strongest and most reliable (not comfortable) vehicles around and they wont touch me.

Yes be very careful Worldcare Assist has a limit of 10 year old vehicle or 200,000K's.Kev
