Raising hilux?

Hi guys, I have a 06 Hilux sr 2wd, and whilst we dont have a need for 4wd where we take the camper, I like the idea of having the height of one. Has anyone done this, or know how I could achieve the height of the 4wd hilux? Thanks

I also have a 2006 2WD Hilux and I had some Lovell front springs fitted which lifted the front approx 30mm and had the rear springs reset which lifted the rear approx 40mm. Approx $450 all up.
Anything higher and the 14" rims look silly and in QLD about the largest tyre size I could go is 215/70/15 on alloys or sunrasia style rims.
