G'day all

I have bought a flojet LF22202 pump for our camper trailer.

I have work out where to put it and hook up the electrics, but I can't figure out which end of the pump is the head.

No smart @rse answer please. LOL

I presume its the end that has the water inlet and outlet.

Will have an arrow marked on there too to show water flow direction.

Thanks pesty

I wondered about this when I had a look this morning.

However there are no arrows, but I worked that out the flow by the diagram set up. I'll check it when I turn on the electrics and before I put it in place.

When referring to a pump, the head is the maximum height of water that the pump can lift or suck.

That is right Mike. Whatever the head capacity, it will never lift over 6 metres by suction and those little pumps can easily get a particle under a valve that may cheat that. Many cut out at about 35psi, so 10 metres or so for one like that. Combined head of, say, 16m.
