Impossible to comment on a van without checking it over. If you dont know what you are buying engage a competent van repairer to check it over for you.

I do not know about the Phase 1 for dirt roads but the Phase 3 has a great reputation. I was about to order a new one when I found a second hand Bushtracker for sale.

Phoenix vans have a good reputation for build quality.

Caboolture Caravan Repairs

I believe the owner of this company owned (and started off) Pheonix Caravans before selling it to the current owners. He probably built it.
