Snorkel

Although significantly different, both petrol and diesel engines require a steady flow of air to operate. If the vehicle is not fitted with a snorkel,

has anybody purchased a snorkel for an nl pajero . I can't seem to source one from a store or manufacturer.

Hi Killer,
I had a petrol NL Pajero (the Escape model brought out in 1999), and put on an airtec snorkel through ARB in Perth. It fitted very well.

hi leanne the problem i'm having is the plumbing between the air box inside the engine bay and whats inside the guard they don't seem to have an adaptor that fits.

I can't really help you with the plumbing part, but I do have some photos if that will help. Is your Pajero the petrol or diesel?

thanks Leanne, looks the same as mine but I have the GLS and have spoken to the guys at airtec and they claim that the plumbing between the guard is different and as such they have not made one to fit my particular model?? seems funny because your airbox looks the same but the cuppling where it goes into the guard looks to round on yours where-as on mine it is oval. killer
