Mandrake,
I am looking at buying some solar panels and just read your article in the news letter, I will need to run: 80lt Waeco fridge/freezer and some lighting its only for 2 adults so the lighting will not be a problem as we go off to bed not long after the sun sets to get a early start on the next day & the fridge is normally full and not opened that often (as i've been told that a full fridge/freezer is more power friendly than a half full/empty one
We have a 2nd 80ah under the bonnet and a 100ah in the tool box (both AGM) of our camper trailer being charged via 50amp anderson plug while on the move.
We may only need the solar as top up as we rarely stay camped for more than 5 days without driving the 4x4 or stopping in
camping grounds and using 240v
I've thought about a 80w pannel is it right and if so what are the dimensions of your panel
Response will be greatly received

Thanks guys - when needing to contact a Business Member you should go to the Profile page of the Business Member (if unsure go to the Directory and find it from there) and take the link to their website where you can use the provided contact form rather than post in the open
Forum. Our businesses want you to visit their websites out of preference.
