Nice
Park, large drive-thru sites, clean amenities, $22/night (powered) - but not recommended for stay.
Park Manager/Owner was rude, lazy and gave the impression that he didn't want us there. My partner and I rocked up at the office to book-in for the night at 5:55pm. He told me that the office light was turned off because he was "hoping" that he never got any more people. Then he told us that he's not happy about having to unlock the male
toilets for my partner to use that night (laziness for cleaning I suppose). The next morning my partner was sitting on a bench with my dog and his leash under his foot. The manager came around the corner of the amenities block, saw my partner with the dog, and started yelling out "Hey! that dog's suppose to be on a leash!" My partner just bent down, and picked up the leash under his foot and showed it to the lazy, arrogant guy who didn't even apologise for his mistake. It's no wonder he has a yard full of empty sites with only our van and a camper trailer parked in it. This
park is a nice
park, but its a pity about the manager. Run properly he could really make some money out of this
park. Pity.

I stayed there last year and had no issue at all. The owner and manager, who are still there, could not have been more helpful.
Their hotel accommodation was full as was the hotel next door. They were very hospitable.
All I can say is that maybe they were not treated
well in the beginning. There is usually a reason for this type of reception.

Yes. The reasons would probably be:
1. It is currently off-season travel time (hence there only being our van and a camper trailer staying the night)
2. His missus is currently in Europe travelling, leaving him to do all the work.
What ever the reason, you don't go telling customers that you're not happy about having to unlock the amenities block when we're paying to stay the night.
