Oziexplorer is just a mapping software program.
You have to load all your own maps.
Most people run Natmap 250K maps produced by Geoscience Australia(Fed Govt) or Hema Maps

There is a large range of maps available, depending on your area of interest. It is also possible to create "maps" from sources such as goggle maps.

For zacc: You can even use a centerfold as a map as long as you can give the corners valid coordinates. Just imagine the exploring! Just joking.
How does one get maps from Google Maps?

It is not necessary to know the coordinates of the edges.
I just get town or landmark cords that are visible on the map being calibrated and end up being very close
