Does anyone know where I can buy a PowerSaver BC-012-15A Multi-Stage Smart Battery charger in Perth WA. has to be the same to fit in the hole it came out of.

They had a big storm out in the wheat belt, and in Bruce Rock some lighting hit and there was a power surge.

I lost the PowerSaver in the caravan, my new 12 volt battery charge, one TV, an answering machine and a cheap DVD player.... not happy.

3 computer hooked up but not on all OK. all other things where. but where the DVD was a TV and VCR, all plugged into the same outlet and they are OK,, go figure.

Anyway I need a new PowerSaver BC-012-15A Multi-Stage Smart Battery charger, I see on the net that DURST sell them in NSW and this one was brought at SolarForce in B
ayswater in VIC. and supplied with the caravan.

Just have to find an outlet in Perth.

Thanks

Richard

Thanks Graham,

I know Derek sells them, but I would like it early next week as I only get up to BK every 2 weeks, I'm afraid the battery, which has 12.3 volts in it now will not be charged. so I can return this week and replace it.. ( I don't want to disconnect it)

As after 3 months off work on sick leave... I go back Monday week if given all clear.. so would like to use this time..

Cheers

I pulled it apart and found a fuse blown, glass type, small none automotive type, had one and replace it, plugged it into 240 volts stood back and turned it on ....... BANG..... blue the fuse glass and all (bright light and all) BANG... crapped myself... :-(

even tripped the RCD, just shows how easy it is ti kill yourself...

anyway after this test I'm sure that it needs replacing ... LOL

Challenge Batteries, in Osborne park stock those chargers. I bought the 25A one last year.
And no I have no connection to the business.
