Hi
We have just got the new 21 MB bigpond wireless card and wish to be able use it with our external aerial. We have done this with our old sierra card but they have changed the plug. Anyone found where this can be sourced? Jaycar don’t have it and recon it’s not available yet?
Cheers Lyndon

If we talking about the same card, then this connector is designed for it:
-
TS9 connector
Hope that helps.

Hi Andrew
I guess that must be it? My card is white but the same otherwise. The picture of the pin is to small to tell if it is the same. Pity the other end is female as with the way I have
mine set up I need Male. I guess I could always change the other end over to Male?
Thanks.
Lyndon

Previous connectors on the 7.2's were SMA, whereas these are FS9 as i understand it. Just checked out my 21 telstra USB version and they are small indeed. :)
Don't believe everything salespeople tell you...they do exist.

The connector shown on my image above is a FME (male) as identified by the pin (not the threaded section) and the several antennas i've seen seem to have the female connection on them which would be appropriate.
Someone more experienced in this field may be able to help you with the connection requirements (i would think either an adapter or better still a replacement of your connector might be all that is needed).
Hope that helps.
