I see, on TV, and read in the Qld Courier Mail, that the QLD Government are asking for "expressions of interest" , by tourism operators,to build eco-tourism sites, (read Safari type Hotels etc.) in some of our National Parks.
Is this the thin end of the wedge to stop ordinary travellers visiting ,camping and enjoying the diminishing areas available.

imo and that of some of the traditional land-owners i have spoken too...

The federal govenmenty fence grant was the very-thin wedge that heraldad the stop-sign for ordinary travellers visiting ,camping and enjoying the ever diminishing areas available...

legally, fences blocked/made difficult native tittle and/or any other ownership claims...
