The Japs aren't really up to speed on how a ute should handle on their recommened payloads!!,, A brand new nissan patrol turned up today at a work site and was loaded up to the hilt with plumbing gear, the reaction from the owner was !!, beautiful to drive, but meanders all over the place with a heavy load, .. they need to stretch that back axle back a bit!!... like the landrover!!!...(HAhahaha).. it makes one hell of a difference!....

Cheers Axle.

Hi Axle, Not only the Japs, but Ford and GMH could also learn and push the axle (no pun implied or intended) back to spread the load. That, however would create a purpose build vehicle and we can't have that.

Cheers

I think the Japs are up to speed. It is more than likely the car buyers & drivers who don't have a clue.
A lot of people buy a 4x4 ute & try use it to do the job of a light rigid truck or even medium rigid truck at times.
