Which Chip for D4D hilux

A mate of
mine has just bought a 2009 D4D hilux Dual cab and he wants to chip it for more power ( just the hoon thing), so which chip in your opinion would suit his needs best.

There wouldmost likely be warranty issues with an aftermarket chip.
I beleive you can get Toyota ones from their sporting division in Europe, but expensive.

well with them, some chips are not compatable and send the vehicle into limp mode

I agree with the Steinbauer as it is the only one which monitors the throttle position.
